1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use any Antifield service. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. • unboard (unboard.lol) - a free real-time collaborative whiteboard

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

3. Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. Accounts are created and managed separately on each service, and sign-in may be handled by a third-party provider such as Discord. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately at marcel@antifield.com if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

  • Use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or access-control features
  • Use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them

This is not an exhaustive list. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of acceptable use.

5. Suspension, Termination, and Bans

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any or all Antifield services at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to:

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the affected services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention obligations

You may stop using our services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at marcel@antifield.com.

6. Your Content

“Your Content” means any data, text, files, images, or other materials you upload, submit, or create through our services.

  • You retain ownership of Your Content. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or upload.

  • Email: legal@antifield.com
  • Phone: +1 (855) 676-6369
  • Address: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX

If you believe content available through any of our services infringes a copyright you own or represent, please send a notice to our agent containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL)
  • Your name, address, email address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate. If your content was removed following a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent.

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Discord, GitHub, and others). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • That our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • That the results obtained from use of the services will be accurate or reliable
  • That any errors in the services will be corrected

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antifield LTD, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our services, via email, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antifield LTD regarding your use of our services, and supersede any prior agreements.
